Zone Confirmation & Service Agreement

  • All bookings are priced by service location postcode using Avefinity’s zonal pricing.
  • The correct zone and rate will be confirmed at booking based on postcode, travel method, and expected journey time.
  • Locations near a zone boundary or with longer-than-expected travel times (public transport limits, parking issues) may be moved to the nearest higher zone rate.
  • The first hour of labour must be paid in advance to secure your booking.
  • By confirming a booking, you agree to the zone, pricing, and any applicable travel charges stated in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 72-hour policy: Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment are charged the first hour rate if a fixed first-hour price applies, or 50% of booked time otherwise.
  • Refunds within 72 hours are discretionary.
  • Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK law): If you book within the 14-day cooling-off period and ask us to start before the period ends, you waive your right to cancel without charge.
